Having a good aim, as Apoka said, is the basic to achieve prominence in the professional scene. However, it is also important to improve the quality in other points, to be able to climb the ranking of the game and dream of a professional career.

Other essential skills

Despite all the importance of aiming in CS:GO, that doesn't mean that other skills don't make a difference during matches and championships.
