Load into Dam Battlegrounds and go toward Water Treatment or Research & Administration for Fireballs. Fight safely and wait for the Fireball to stop before shooting its weak point. Loot the Burner, then hunt a small ARC and throw it at close range so it lands and burns the target. Extract right away to lock progress. If you already looted a Burner in a past quest, you can bring it in and finish fast. If not, destroy a Fireball first, then use the Burner on a weak ARC.
