There is nothing left by the start of the closed qualifiers in South-East Asia. The day after tomorrow we will be looking at the potentially most fiery region of the season.
I will not get tired of catching up with hype around SEA (although in the future I may greatly regret it), and therefore I will do it more than once, forgive me. It's just that the region has really great potential.
In addition to the obvious favorites of the qualifying race, TNC Predator, Fnatic, OB Esports x Neon, there are a number of very unpredictable teams that can easily fit into the leaderboard of the race. BOOM and Execration are just such commands.
We saw this in the second season of the DPC. We will be convinced of this again very soon.
In the meantime, we are trying to predict the outcome of the match and figure out what to expect from the "black horses" derby. I think the result could be quite intriguing.
Execration Form
It is extremely difficult to choose a favorite in this match, as evidenced by the draw quotes from the bookmakers before the start of the confrontation. One can partially agree with this.
Partly because in my opinion Execration should score slightly above BOOM. Basically, this should be based on performance in the second season of the DPC.
Execration, unexpectedly for the majority, became the 3rd team from Southeast Asia, representing the region at WePlay AniMajor. They did not advance far in the tournament, but they did not act as boys to fight.

BOOM form
BOOM Esports is a team similar to Execration, which has recently changed roles with it. If earlier BOOM stuck a spoke in the wheel of the leaders of the region, now the wolves are very much "hooked".
In the first season of the DPC, they took 5th place, but already in the second they got to 7th place. Yes, through replay and not without ideology, but still knocked out of the elite echelon.

After an unsuccessful performance in the regular season, BOOM threw all its forces into preparation for the closed qualifiers and managed to take second place in the local BTS Pro Series, which deserves praise. We hope for the combat readiness of the Indonesians in the qualifiers.

Frankly, the bet in this match looks as random as possible, because everyone can really win. I still believe in Execration more, but I also believe in a bright fight, and therefore I think that the fight will not end on 2 maps.
