DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3 Division I: Talon Esports defeated T1
Maksym ShylovThe match between T1 and Talon Esports in the first division of Southeast Asia has ended. Before the start of the match, both teams are not in the top 3 and continue to fight for tickets to the PGL Arlington Major. Both T1 and Talon Esports already have one defeat in their statistics, so for sure it is necessary to win.
The first map started very measuredly, the teams were in no hurry to fight each other, but focused on killing creeps and destroying towers. So on the 24th minute the score on the map was only 8:4 in favor of Talon Esports. 23savage and the team focused on regularly killing Roshan, and T1 did not interfere much with this. Despite the fact that Whitemon and his teammates were able to break T3 in the bottom lane in the 33rd minute, they continued to lose fights. Talon Esports took the third Roshan in the 35th minute, and after 5 minutes won the series with a score of 27:10 and more than 31,000 gold advantage.
The confrontation on the second map was the same. Neither Talon Esports nor T1 could seize the initiative for a long time. At the 27th minute, the score was 20:13 in favor of Talon Esports, however, the teams had parity in terms of total cost. Thanks to mobile heroes, in particular Nature's Prophet, which was played by Kuku, T1 was able to break towers more often. In the 40th minute, Kuku broke T3 and one of the bot lane barracks, but Talon won the few fights more often. A couple of minutes later, 23savage and his teammates were able to kill three T1 heroes and start destroying the enemy base. After taking the top lane, the team moved to Roshan's lair. From the second Roshan Talon kill, Esports decided to give away both Aegis of the Immortal and Aghanim's Shard to Morphling. At the 46th minute, Hyde and his charges had an extremely successful fight without losing a single hero, and forced T1 to write “gg” in the chat.
Thus, Talon Esports won with a score of 2:0 and again broke into the top 3 of Southeast Asia, and T1 will continue to play with 2-2 statistics.
