BLAST Premier Fall Showdown has been moved

BLAST organizers Premier Fall Showdown announced on their Twitter account that the tournament was postponed a week in advance. Initially, it was supposed to take place from November 17 to November 22, but now it starts on the 25th and ends on November 29th.

We recently learned that the ESL One Rio 2020, which was originally planned to take place from May 11-24, was postponed to November 19-22 and was combined with the second major. At the same time, the championship prize pool was increased from $ 1,000,000 to $ 2,000,000.

The BLAST Premier Fall Showdown will host six teams that will perform poorly in the BLAST Premier Fall Series 2020 Regular Season. They will be joined by four teams that will go through preliminary qualifications. The total prize pool of BLAST Premier Fall Showdown will be $ 325,000. Teams that take 1-2 places in the standings will receive the main reward in the form of $ 65,000 and an invitation to the BLAST Premier Fall 2020 Finals.
