The BIG team lost to Team Vitality with a score of 1:2 and left PGL Major Antwerp 2022. According to the results of the championship, the German team took 12th-14th place and earned $8,750. In turn, Team Vitality went to the fifth round of the competition, where they will try to reach the playoffs.

The meeting started on the Mirage map, which became the choice of the Danish-French team. At the same time, Team Vitality immediately seized the initiative on the server, closing the first half with a twofold advantage. After the side switch, BIG failed to wake up, thus allowing Team Vitality to win at their peak and take the lead in the series — 16:9.

Then the teams moved to the Vertigo map, which became the choice of BIG. At the same time, the Germans showed a confident attack, closing the first half with a score of 11:4. It seemed that gob b's wards would be able to maintain their earned advantage. However, after switching sides, the Danish-French stack managed to get back into the game to reduce the matter to overtime. Nevertheless, BIG managed to save face, finishing the map with a difficult victory — 22:19.

Everything was decided on the Nuke map, the first half of which was held in an equal fight. In the second half, the course of the match did not change, as a result of which the teams again reached overtime. Here, Team Vitality still managed to seize the initiative to knock out BIG from PGL Major Antwerp 2022 - 19:17.

PGL Major Antwerp 2022 takes place from 9 to 22 May at the Antwerps Sportpaleis in Belgium. During the championship, 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, Asia, Oceania, North and South America are fighting for a prize pool of $1,000,000, ranking points in the EPT and BLAST Premier tables, as well as one ticket to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022.
