Grow a Garden is a gardening simulator on Roblox where you take on the role of a gardener to grow unique plants. Grow a Garden also stands out for its frequent updates and events, the latest of which is Mega Safari Harvest. It introduces new seeds, pets, safari weather events, and much more. In this blog, we’ll cover the main details of the new update in Grow a Garden.
What is the Mega Safari Harvest Event
The event started on November 8, 2025, and will run until November 15. As the name suggests, the main theme of this update is Safari, so the in-game items and mechanics follow this style. During the Mega Safari Harvest Event, there are two main types of progression:
- Personal — when you submit plants requested by NPC Safari Joyce and receive points for personal rewards.
- Global — when all players together accumulate a total number of points, unlocking new stages in the Safari Shop and weather effects.
You can earn plenty of rewards during the Mega Safari Harvest Event, so we recommend taking part in this event.
How to Play the Mega Safari Harvest Event
The main part of this update is the Safari Joyce Event, which involves collecting special plants. To participate, follow these steps:
- Go to the fruit containers and find the Safari Joyce NPC.
- Pay attention to the plants requested by Safari Joyce.
- Harvest the required plants and deliver them to Safari Joyce.
It’s most efficient to grow high-rarity plants, as they can bring the maximum number of points. Here’s how many points each rarity type grants:
- Common: 1 Point
- Uncommon: 2 Points
- Rare: 3 Points
- Legendary: 4 Points
- Mythical: 5 Points
- Divine: 6 Points
- Prismatic: 7 Points
- Transcendent: 8 Points
It’s worth noting that plants with Silver, Gold, or Rainbow variants grant bonus points (+1, +2, and +3 respectively), making them incredibly valuable for fast progression.
Tips for Participating in the Grow a Garden Mega Safari Harvest Event
The Mega Safari Harvest Event is very similar to previous Roblox Grow a Garden events — simply grow the required plants, deliver them, and claim your rewards. However, there are a few points that make this event different from the previous ones:
- The points shown above the container are global, meaning they represent the total number of points collected by all players playing Grow a Garden across all servers.
- The event will remain in the lobby, and the points will not be reset for the next two weeks.
- You will be rewarded based on both your personal contribution and the global total.
Nevertheless, make sure to grow the required plants during the Mega Safari Harvest Event to earn the maximum number of points.

To the left of the event area, you will see a “Rewards” banner. By clicking on this banner, you will see the rewards you are eligible for as soon as you start participating in the “Safari Harvest.” Here are all the rewards that can be obtained:

- 20M Points: Safari Crate (in Safari Shop)
- 50M Points: Zebra Whistle (in Safari Shop)

- 500M Points: Safari Rain Weather Event
- 800M Points: Safari Shop Cooldown changed to 45 minutes
- 1B Points: Lush Sprinkler (in Safari Shop)
- 4B Points: Mini Shipping Container (in Safari Shop)
- 7B Points: Safari Night Weather Event
- 9B Points: Safari Totem Charm (in Safari Shop)
- 11B Points: Safari Drought Weather Event
- 13B Points: Baobab Seed (in Safari Shop)
- 15B Points: Safari Oasis Weather Event
- 17B Points: Safari Shop Cooldown changed to 30 minutes
- 21B Points: Safari Stampede Weather Event
- 25B Points: Safari Shop Cooldown changed to 15 minutes

In addition to new plants and the Safari Joyce Event, six new pets have been added to Grow a Garden. They will be unlocked for purchase after meeting certain requirements:
