PGL CS2 Events Calendar in 2026

PGL remains an integral part of the CS2 competitive season in 2026, continuing to play an important role in shaping the international tournament calendar. The organizer is well known to Counter-Strike fans for its iconic events — PGL Major Kraków 2017 and PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 — both of which left a significant mark on the history of the discipline.

In addition to Majors, PGL regularly hosts smaller-scale tournaments such as PGL Bucharest, PGL Cluj-Napoca, and PGL Masters Bucharest, providing consistent competitive opportunities for teams of various levels. In 2026, PGL will also be responsible for the second Major of the season — PGL Major Singapore 2026, which will be one of the headline events of the year on the professional CS2 scene.

In this article, we will take a detailed look at all PGL tournaments in the 2026 CS2 competitive season and their place in the overall calendar. You can follow the action on the match schedule page, and explore the events page to see the full list of CS2 tournaments.

Major PGL CS2 Tournaments in 2026

PGL CS2 Copenhagen Major

The flagship PGL event in 2026 is, first and foremost, PGL Major Singapore 2026. It will be the key event of the second half of the CS2 season and the final major tournament of the year. The Major will take place from November 25 to December 13, 2026, in Kallang. A total of 32 teams from around the world will compete, with a total prize pool of $1,250,000. The champions will take home $500,000.

Another important tournament on the calendar is PGL Astana 2026, scheduled to run from May 7 to May 17 in Astana. Sixteen teams will participate, and the event is highlighted by a substantial $800,000 prize pool. The winner will earn $256,000, making PGL Astana 2026 one of the most significant tournaments of the first half of the season.

Secondary and Regional PGL Events

Other PGL tournaments also play an important role in maintaining prestige and contributing to team rankings throughout the 2026 CS2 season. These include PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, PGL Bucharest 2026, and PGL Masters Bucharest 2026.

All of these events share the same format: 16 teams and a total prize pool of $625,000, making them valuable opportunities for earning ranking points and ensuring consistent competitive performances throughout the year.

PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 will take place from February 9 to February 22 in Romania, featuring 16 teams. PGL Bucharest 2026 will be held from April 3 to April 11, continuing PGL’s series of spring tournaments.

Special attention should be given to PGL Masters Bucharest 2026, which is particularly important for teams aiming to break into the top tier of the CS2 scene. In addition to VRS-based invitations, teams will be able to qualify through the European Qualifier, North American Qualifier, South American Qualifier, and Asian Qualifier. The tournament will run from October 24 to October 31 and will serve as a major opportunity for emerging lineups to make a name for themselves.

PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025

PGL tournaments have a significant impact on the 2026 CS2 competitive calendar and directly influence teams’ VRS rankings. Throughout the season, teams are engaged in a constant battle for ranking points, and every PGL event plays its role — from premier tournaments to second-tier competitions.

Each stop on the PGL calendar matters in its own way: some events help teams solidify their positions at the top of the rankings, while others provide a chance to climb higher and gain momentum. As a result, participation in PGL tournaments often becomes crucial for teams fighting for invitations to the most prestigious events of the season.
