LEC Spring 2025: Full Week 3 Recap and Upcoming Week 4 Schedule

The third week of the LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season has come to an end, bringing plenty of intense and memorable matches. The tournament still features the 10 strongest teams in Europe, each determined to prove they deserve the title of the best in the region. Let’s take a look back at how Week 3 played out — and take a peek ahead at the matchups waiting for us as the season continues.

Week Four: LEC Spring 2025 Schedule

LEC Spring 2025

The third week of the Regular Season will take place from April 19 to April 21, featuring a total of 6 matches.

And here is the LEC Spring 2025 – Week 4 Schedule:

DateMatch
April 19Rogue vs Fnatic
April 19GIANTX vs Karmine Corp
April 20Team Vitality vs Heretics
April 20G2 Esports vs Team BDS
April 21Rogue vs SK Gaming
April 21MKOI vs Team Vitality

Each week pushes teams beyond their limits, forcing them to grow and adapt as the tournament progresses. Let me remind you how the group stage works. The LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season follows a Single Round Robin format, where each of the 10 teams plays one match against every other opponent — a total of 9 matches per team. The final standings are based on match results, taking into account both match wins and individual map victories. All games are played in a best-of-three (Bo3) format using the Fearless Draft mode. Only the top six teams advance to the playoffs to compete for the title of Spring Split champions.

Matches You Shouldn't Miss

Judging by the current standings and past matches of the LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season, one thing is clear — now is definitely not the time to skip games. Every match can bring surprising outcomes and deliver highlight-worthy moments. Still, the tournament favorites remain unchanged.

If you’re into League of Legends esports or looking to improve your own gameplay, you should definitely keep an eye on Karmine Corp. In the 2025 season, they’ve already proven their strength by winning LEC Winter 2025 and finishing second at First Stand 2025, where they faced a tough opponent — Hanwha Life Esports. The big question surrounding this team is whether they can defend their championship title or if a new champion will rise.

G2 Esports are another team worth watching. With their legendary status in Europe, every time they step on stage, it’s not just a match — it’s a piece of history. After falling short in the Winter Split final, they’re no doubt hungry to reclaim their title. Their preparation and performance this split are absolutely worth your attention.

Meanwhile, MAD Lions KOI are slowly beginning their climb back up the standings. This week, they have a solid chance to secure a more favorable position. However, Team Vitality, while not the strongest opponent on paper, can definitely pull off surprises — so letting your guard down would be a big mistake.

LEC Spring 2025 Week 3 Results

LEC Spring 2025

Let’s take a look at the results of Week 3. The matches were quite engaging, though without any major upsets.

I want to start with the match that literally had me jumping out of my chair — the Day 3 clash between Karmine Corp and Team Heretics. Honestly, I was expecting a walk in the park for Karmine Corp, but what Team Heretics showed was truly impressive.

They took the first map with ease — so confidently that it was obvious, even through the screen, that they were ready to close out the series 2-0. On the second map, Karmine Corp pulled themselves together and reminded everyone why they’re considered one of the top contenders — they weren’t going to give up the win without a fight.

The third map, though, turned out to be a masterclass in how to make a comeback — and how important experience is in those moments. Team Heretics came out swinging, while Karmine Corp looked lost and couldn’t get anything going. They didn’t even manage their first kill until nearly the 20-minute mark. TH dominated the map, moved perfectly, and it really felt like the win was in their pocket.

But Karmine Corp stayed calm, gave space to their carries, moved smartly around the map — and at one point, capitalized on a single mistake from TH. From there, it snowballed fast and hard, crashing down on Team Heretics and closing out the game.

The standings after Week 3 of the LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season are as follows: Karmine Corp take the top spot, followed closely by G2 Esports, with Fnatic rightfully claiming third place.

Just behind the leading trio are MAD Lions KOI, who managed to climb from the bottom of the standings to the top 4 in just a week. Next up is SK Gaming, who will face Rogue this week — a match that could help them solidify their position. Sixth place goes to Team Heretics, a team that’s still struggling with consistency but clearly has the potential to improve as the tournament progresses.

The bottom of the standings is currently occupied by four teams. In seventh place is Team BDS, followed by Team Vitality, and GIANTX in ninth. In my opinion, all three teams still have a chance to climb the standings and secure some much-needed points. Unfortunately, I’m not as optimistic about Rogue. The team has only managed one win — against Vitality — and lost almost all their other matches without taking a single map. The rumor about Natus Vincere buying their LEC slot might not be just a rumor after all, and it’s possible the team is simply playing out the remainder of the split. Or maybe they just came into the tournament poorly prepared.
