Battlefield 6 Season 1 Battle Pass Overview

The first season of Battlefield 6 launched on October 28, 2025, introducing a full-fledged Battle Pass — a progression and rewards system. The pass includes over 100 tiers and offers both free and premium rewards that can be unlocked simply by playing any mode — from classic multiplayer to the new battle royale Battlefield: REDSEC.
The core idea is that players earn Battle Pass Points by completing weekly challenges and gaining XP in matches. Every 10 points unlock a new tier with a reward — ranging from weapons and items to unique skins and XP boosters.
Price of Battle Pass Season 1
EA has introduced three access options for the Season 1 Battle Pass:
| Version | Price | Includes |
| Free Track | Free | Partial weapon access, cosmetics, XP boosters |
| Premium Battle Pass | 9.99 USD | Full reward set + 10% progression bonus |
| Battlefield Pro Pass | 24.99 USD | Instant 25 tier skips + 15% XP bonus + exclusive items |
Upon purchasing the Premium or Pro versions, players immediately receive bonuses — including skins, boosters, and rare weapons.

The free track still allows access to new weapons and some functional items, so players can progress fairly even without spending money.
How To Upgrade Battle Pass Season 1

You can level up your Battle Pass in several ways:
- Complete weekly challenges. They provide the most Battle Pass Points.
- Earn XP in battles. Capturing points, assisting allies, and kill streaks all contribute to progress.
- Play both modes. Progress is shared between multiplayer and REDSEC.
- Use XP boosters. They help maximize level gain during double XP events.
- Choose priorities. The system lets players focus on specific branches — weapons, cosmetics, or vehicles.
With this flexible system, players can tailor their progression strategy — whether they want to unlock new gear quickly or focus on visual customization — ensuring steady advancement throughout the season.
Battlepass Paths: What It Is

The new Battlepass introduces four themed operations, each offering unique rewards tied to the different Pax Armata divisions and their missions at Fort Lyndon.
Rogue Operations focuses on missions where the rules of engagement no longer apply. At Tier 12, premium players can unlock a new Pax Armata Assault Soldier — Ko Saito (Panopticon 8). At Tier 23, players receive a free functional weapon — the SOR-300C Carbine Rifle, and at Tier 24, a premium Recon Class skin (Beatriz Reyes, Pax Armata Espada) — Forest Sentry.
Deniable Operations is dedicated to covert missions and shadow agents — the kind of operations that “never happened.” Rewards include a new Pax Armata Recon Soldier Rachel MacKenzie (Panopticon 8) at Tier 12, the SV-98 “Long Memory” weapon package at Tier 23 (free), and a premium Support Class skin (CPL Kimura, Pax Armata Coyote Squad) — Counter Accusation at Tier 24.
Soldiers of Fortune tells the story of mercenaries who fight purely for profit. Premium rewards include the Mirror Breaker sledgehammer skin (Tier 12) and the Engineer Class skin (PFC Murdock, Pax Armata Coyote Squad) — Health is Wealth (Tier 24). The free Tier 23 reward features a new functional weapon — the Mini Scout Sniper Rifle.
Pacific Ghosts moves the frontlines to the Pacific coast, where ocean fog becomes a natural shroud for stealth and assault. At Tier 12, premium players unlock a new Pax Armata Engineer — Nelis Holm (Panopticon 8). Other rewards include the SG 553R “Briar Shot” weapon package (Tier 16, premium) and a free Assault Class skin (PTE Evans-Greene, NATO United Albion) — Divided Patterns at Tier 24.
These Battlepass paths offer players diverse combat styles — from stealth operations and the pursuit of fortune to coastal warfare and high-tech raids.
Seasonal Paths After Completing the Main Battle Pass
After completing all main Battle Pass paths in Season 1, including the Mastery branches, players will gain access to two additional seasonal paths that will be introduced later in the season. The first, “California Resistance,” becomes available from November 18 to December 9 and features the DB 12 shotgun as a free functional reward. The second, “Frozen Castle,” launches on December 9 and includes an ice-climbing axe as a free melee weapon. This path will remain open until the end of Season 1, completing the full content cycle of the Battle Pass.
