Conquest

Conquest is one of the franchise’s signature modes, delivering the feeling of large-scale battles. Fights unfold on massive maps where tanks, aircraft, armored vehicles, and other transport operate simultaneously. The teams’ objective is to capture control points and reduce the enemy’s ticket count. The open-ended gameplay adds variety, allowing players to approach objectives in different ways, but coordination and teamwork remain essential for victory.

Breakthrough

Another classic mode is Breakthrough. It is similar to Conquest but comes with a different flow: one team takes on the role of attackers, while the other defends. The attacking side must capture sectors one by one, while the defenders must stop them. If the attackers succeed in taking all points, they win; if the defense holds, victory goes to them.

Rush

Rush is similar to Breakthrough but with slightly different objectives. Attackers must plant bombs in several sectors, while defenders must prevent detonations and exhaust enemy resources. This design makes matches more tactical, with greater focus on flanking and maneuvering.

Team Deathmatch

A true FPS classic — Team Deathmatch. Two teams compete to eliminate as many enemies as possible. The maps are compact and dynamic, and vehicles are excluded, making accuracy and weapon skills the main keys to success. For many players, this is the most engaging mode.

Squad Deathmatch

As the name suggests, Squad Deathmatch is similar to Team Deathmatch but with notable differences. Instead of two teams, four squads face off against each other. This increases the chaos and intensity of battles, demanding even greater teamwork and coordination.

Domination

In Domination, players get a simplified version of Conquest. Maps are smaller, control points are fewer, and vehicles are completely absent. This creates concentrated infantry combat, where individual skill and team synergy are the deciding factors.

King of the Hill

One of the most exciting modes is King of the Hill. Two teams fight for control of a single zone, which can either remain static or change throughout the match. The rules are simple: the team that holds it the longest and reaches the score requirement wins.

Escalation

A new addition in Battlefield 6 — Escalation. This mode resembles Domination but introduces a unique twist: capture points change location, forcing players to constantly move across the map. This creates dynamic and chaotic encounters where quick reflexes and strong map knowledge give players a major advantage.
