Giants Gaming partners with Burger King Spain

Spanish esports organization Giants Gaming has announced a partnership with the regional branch of the global fast food chain Burger King. As part of the deal, the Burger King logo will appear on the front of the Giants Gaming jersey.

In addition, the branding of the Burger King chain will also be featured on the organization's social media and other channels, as well as Giants Gaming's players and content creators.

José R. Diaz, CEO of Giants Gaming: "We are very proud to have such a partner joining us. Burger King is an international brand with a presence all over the world, they are winners, pioneers and disruptors like Giants, so our symbiosis couldn't be more perfect. We'll have a great time together, we're looking forward to showing everything we have for this year."

Giants Gaming is part of the Good Game Group, an esports business group that also owns the Spanish esports team x6tence. Interestingly, Burger King already partnered with x6tence in 2019.

Paco Recuro, Marketing Director of Burger King in Spain and Portugal: "This is a great opportunity to have partners like Giants Gaming to co-activate in line with Burger King's innovative and disruptive tone and gene. Our goal as a brand that is not endemic in this sector, is to bring value and different initiatives to both hamburger lovers and esports fans by creating differential content and experiences."

Giants Gaming and Burger King also announced plans to collaborate on content and campaigns throughout 2022 and released a social media video to celebrate the partnership.

Burger King is no stranger to the esports industry. The network has previously partnered with companies such as BLAST, Belgian League and Superliga ABCDE for events, and sponsored a Free Fire tournament last year.
