Fnatic hires Stuart Brown

The British organization Fnatic has appointed Stuart Brown, a former member of the Football Association (FA), as its head of esports operations. According to a press release, the newly created position is designed to provide a unified management of the entire organization.

Brown joins the organization after 12 years in the FA as a member of its behind-the-scenes staff for the England national team. His most recent role was as the lead manager of the England men's team.

As Head of Esports Operations, he will partner with Fnatic's Team Managers in an effort to improve performance across a range of disciplines, including League of Legends and CS: GO. Along with working with the organization's team managers, Brown will support the implementation of the protection policy for the esports industry, which was first introduced in July 2021. The policy is aimed at creating a safe system for the protection of children and youth.
