The first stage of the elimination round will be held on 11 May for all the divisions. All the matches will be held in the Bo1 format. As for the second stage of the open qualifiers, it will be held in the same way. It will take place on 12 May in all six regions. As for the closed qualifiers, they will be held from 15 till 19 May for all the divisions as well.
Every region will have two slots for each. There is no information about how the organizers will deal with one more quota at the moment. Initially, Epic Esports Events wanted the CIS region to get three invitations but they didn’t manage to agree with Valve about this.
EPICENTER Major 2019 will be taking place from 22 till 30 June. It will become the fifth and the last Major tournament where the best participant will get a chance to gain a big amount of Dota Pro Circuit points for passing to The International 2019.
