Team Liquid became the last participant of ESL One Cologne 2019

The match was not that easy for Liquid, however, as a result, the Americans managed to beat the French with a score 2-0, having lost 8 rounds on the first map and 12 rounds on the second map. G2 earned a consolation prize in the sum of $5,000 for their efforts.
ESL One Cologne 2019 will take place in Cologne, Germany. Lanxess Arena will traditionally be a venue and the overall prize pool of the tournament will amount $300,000. There is no information at the moment about how the money will be distributed among participants. 16 teams will take part in the competition, 11 of which became the owners of direct invitations. The rest of the participants fought through qualifiers. Astralis, BIG, ENCE, FaZe Clan, Fnatic, MIBR, mousesports, Natus Vincere, Ninjas in Pyjamas, NRG Esports, and Renegades received direct invitations, while Vitality and Heroic passed the European qualifiers and FURIA Esports and MVP PK qualified in North America and Asia, respectively.
