IEM Cologne 2021: don't miss the final showdown featuring NAVI and G2 Esports!
Ihor MatusToday will be the last day for Intel Extreme Masters 2021. Within its framework, G2 Esports will try to take a rematch from Natus Vincere for the lost final in the last LAN tournament held in CS: GO, IEM Katowice 2020.
In the last confrontation, G2 Esports beat Astralis with a score of 2-1 and advanced to the grand final. Natus Vincere managed to become the second finalist thanks to a 2-0 win over FaZe Clan.
The final fight will take place in the Bo5 series. Previously, before that, we could only observe Bo3 in the entire tournament and Bo1 in the first matches of the Play-In stage.
Let us remind you that in the last similar fight Natus Vincere defeated G2 Esports with a score of 3-0. As mentioned earlier, it was in the grand final of Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2020. The cybersportsmen have already exchanged wishes on social networks and expressed their desire to win the upcoming fight.
Astralis and FaZe Clan completed their journey earlier in IEM Cologne 2021. For the 3rd-4th place, the teams received cash awards in the amount of $ 80,000.
