Danil ChepilThe finals of the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024 are already today. Two out of the four strongest teams will compete to determine who will take home the main prize of $20,000 and two invitations to the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024.
The first pair of opponents are OG and sAw, which came as a surprise to many Counter-Strike 2 fans. Both of these teams were outsiders in the group, and few expected such an outcome. Despite their positions in the HLTV rankings, with OG ranked 38th and sAw ranked 24th, the teams demonstrated significant improvement during the tournament and are ready to showcase beautiful gameplay and intense competition.
The second pair of teams is slightly less unexpected. Favorites Team Spirit will face off against Metizport, who, as underdogs, defeated Team Falcons with s1mple and Monte on the team. Team Spirit is the nominal favourite in the encounter, but who knows, perhaps Metizport has prepared well for their opponent and will show us another surprising result.
